How can I submit my notes if I am in a different city?
We will have authorized people in most cities who will accept pre orders. For more info email

Can I submit notes from other countries?
Yes, Notes from all countries can be submitted for grading.

What are the grading charges for notes?

Does the Grading Charges Include GST?
Yes, all prices indicated includes 18% GST.

Can I submit different tier notes in one invoice?
No, each tier must be submitted in a separate invoice.

How much is the handling charge per invoice?
Handling charge per invoice is 1500 Rs.

What tier do I select for submitting error notes?
You can submit error notes under Economy special or above tier only.

What tier do I select for submitting fancy notes?
You can submit fancy notes under modern tier or above tier only.

What is the maximum value of each note in different tier?
Please see the maximum value Under Grading notes -> How to submit -> You will see a link to the full pricelist.

What will happen if a high value note is submitted under lower tier?
Rates will be adjusted during processing and difference will need to be paid.

What is bulk submission?
Bulk submission is 50 notes or above in one invoice with maximum value of 7000 Rs per note. Bulk consecutive is sequential notes of 50 or above (It has to be sequential).

What if the note comes questionable authenticity/Ineligible type? Will I be charged?
Notes which comes questionable authenticity will be charged 750 Rs Per note and the remaining grading charges will be refunded. Handling charges/Insurance amount will not be refunded.

What if the note comes counterfeit? Will I be charged?
Notes which comes counterfeit will be fully charged. No refunds.

How long will it take if I submit notes for Onsite grading?
It will take up to 5- 7 days from the time onsite event starts. Notes which are accepted for the event will be graded and can be collected in Chennai office after the event ends. Other locations will take few more days.

What is covered as part of the Insurance?
Insurance is covered only for the amount you have declared on the invoice.

We accept orders from the following approved countries • US (includes US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico) • Canada • Australia • Kuwait • Switzerland • United Kingdom (includes England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man) items will not be shipped outside the approved country list.

When and how will my order ship?
Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from date of order. You will be notified of any delay. Items ordered at the same time may not be shipped in the same box or, depending upon availability, on the same date.

How do I sign in and out of my account?
To sign in to your account, click on "My Account" at the top of the page and enter your username (email address) and password in the Log In area on the left side of the page. Click ENTER to log in. To sign out click the "log out" button located under the My Account header. If you share your computer with other people, you may want to "log out" before leaving your computer. This assures that no one else will be able to use your GovMint.com account.

What if I forget my password?
If you click on the "sign in" button, this will bring up the screen that allows you to enter your email address and password to sign in. You must fill in the "Email Address" field so that our system can look up your account. Click the button below that reads "Forgot Password". We will then email you a link to reset your password and then you can sign-in using your new password.

I'm having problems with my username/password.
Usernames (e-mail addresses) and passwords are case sensitive. Make sure to enter them in the same upper and lower case manner in which you set up your original account. If the site gives you an error message when you enter the username and/or password you should check your spelling carefully and if you continue to have difficulty you may try changing your usage of upper and lower case letters when you enter them.

How do I update my account?
To update your account, you must be signed in. From within the "My Account" area you may alter your account information including your account password, promotional email subscribe status and billing and shipping addresses.

How do I upgrade shipping?
All products ordered online are shipped for 3 to 7 business-day delivery; some orders may take up to 10 days. If you wish to upgrade to a faster shipping method, please email info@peacockbloom.com

How do I ship to another person?
For your security, all orders must be shipped to your billing address. Shipments to other address will be cancelled.
